Xiamen New Right Valve Co., LTD is an export-oriented manufacturer, with many years experience in manufacturing and marketing all kinds of industrial valve parts and fittings abroad. Our major products are the body and disc of valves. They are manufactured in Gray Cast Iron, Nodular Cast Iron, Austenitic Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminum Alloy and (EN-JS 1049,GGG-40.3,Material No.0.7043,EN-GJS-400-18 LT). We can do pump casting as well.

Our foundry is ISO9001:2000 certified. We have built strict quality control procedures into the production process at every stage to control the casting qualities. We guarantee the chemical compositions and physical mechanical properties of the castings. The tests are done according to the specification of ASTM A536 60-40-18, GGG-40, GGG-40.3 and ASTM 40B, GG25 etc. We are now applying for the testing certificate PED97/23/EC, we would should get it in January or February 2008.

We have a comprehensive manufacturing facility with many state of the art equipment such as spectrograph analyzer, solid cast software, universal tensile tester, micro-structure microscope, hardness tester, and C/S analyzer.
