The quality of the castings is mainly depending on its dope.
On the basis the practical experience ,Jinyang researched with experts of Shandong Industrial University and other institutions in the EPC coating technology, and finally mastered the best combination to ensure the quality as well as improving the flaking off percentage, so percent of pass increased by a straight line.
Water as the carrier, the heat-resistant casting dope is non-toxic, tasteless, non-polluting and well anti-penetration , and would form a high-intensity surface on the foam. the dope has good suspension capability, and can by dried in the natural air or in the drying room under 45-55℃
