Hebei Guangde Precision Casting Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005, located in Huanghua city Hebei Province. It covers an area of 50 acres and has invested 50 million RMB. Guangde casting is a member of foundry association and belongs to Guangde Group.
In 2007, Guangde casting has got TUV ISO9001 quality system certificate and PED certificate, after that it got special equipment manufacturing license in 2010. At present, the annual output of Guangde casting can reach to 1200 tons. Guangde has become many WW 500 TOP Companies' supplier.
The company introduces the advanced silicon sol lost wax precision casting process, well appointed casting equipments, high-precision CNC machines and machining center. On the testing aspect, we have Swiss ARL spectrograph, Metallurgical Microscope, hardness tester, Universal testing machine, three-dimensional and other test instrument. Guangde casting also has a complete production line from mold design to casting, machining, and surface treatment. On the technical aspect, we have strong technical R&D ability to meet customers’ special process demands, such as deep and complex cavity, accurate positioning etc. Currently our major product materials are 304, 304 L, 316,316L, WCB, and our company produces a variety of precision casting and processing of finished parts by the standards of GB, ASTM, ASNI, BS, DIN, JIS, etc. The application is also very broad, covering almost the entire machinery manufacturing and machining industry in this field. Our products mainly include all kinds of ball valve, globe valve, gate valve, strainer, quick coupling, and a variety of impeller, marine hardware and automotive accessories and so on.
