Jaw Crusher mainly consists of frame, eccentric axis, pulley, flywheel, movable jaw, side protecting plate, bracket and so on. And the bracket ensures the safety.
The motor drives the belt wheel, and makes movable jaw up and down by eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw gets larger, and the materials can be crushed to reach the crushing target. When the movable jaw is down, the angle between the fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the function of drawbar and spring, and then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.

after the normal function of the machine, the materials can be put in.
The materials should be put in the crushing chamber evenly and we should avoid put materials from one side and full feeding , in order to avoid overloading.
During normal function, the temperature of bearing should not exceed 70℃,or else, the machine should be stopped and examined.
All feeding materials should be charged out before turn off the power to stop the machine.
The power should be turned off immediately if the machine is stopped because of the suck of materials. When the materials are charged out, the machine can be restared.
If one end of jaw plate is worn out, we can change to use another end.
