Introduction
Floating fish feed machine is specially used for producing grains into high-grade aquatic feed pellets for fish, catfish, shrimps, crab etc. The puffing fish feed pellets can float on the water surface without dissolution for over 12 hours. It can be classified into dry type and wet type according to your requirement and production scale.

Application and Features
It can make pellet from diameter 1.0mm-20mm just by changing the mold
1.The adopting of electric heating device can improve the feed expansion rate and pellets floating time
2.The finished pellets can keep floating for 3-15 hours without pollution to water and the floating time can be controlled by the puffing degree adjustment.
3.High temperature and high pressure cooking process can not only kill the salmonellas and bacterial infections but also make the pellets easy to digest.
4.The cutting device can be adjusted to make pellets into different length.
5.The wet type machine needs a boiler to make steam which can conduct steam to the conditioner and ripen the raw material in advance. The output is higher than the dry type machine in the case of same power. So wet type machine is more suitable for large scale production.
6.Various shapes of high-grade feed pellets for  fish, shrimps .etc can be produced according to different requirements
